Our Process
Successful construction project requires accurate planning and management at every stage. Our project management team tracks projects at professional manner to ensure that our homes built on budget and within a schedule.
At this stage we work with our client and design team on the house design. Our part of the work is to ensure that all building solutions are incorporated in the house design, house is designed efficiently, it is buildable, efficient and construction costs are reasonable.
Design stage normally takes 4-6 weeks. As a result the set of construction drawings along with the building permit application are submitted to the City building department. It takes 4-8 weeks to get project documents reviewed and Building Permit approved by the city. |
This stage includes major heavy construction works:
Depending on the size of the house, its complexity and lot conditions, this part can take up to 6 months. |
At this stage all building engineering systems are installed in the house:
At the end of this stage we pass framing inspection, which means the house is ready for finishing works. |
At this stage we work close with our client and the interior designer on how the house will look at the end of the project. We choose materials and design solutions which will create house appearance and atmosphere.
